These mats MUST be installed in conjunction with XPS Insulation and Heat Pak Dual Overlay which are not included in the kit.
Heat Pak Dual Overlay must NOT be used in bathrooms, wetrooms, en-suites or any other wet areas as they will expand upon contact with moisture. If installing carpet or vinyl in any of these areas, you must use the 150w underfloor heating mat or loose cable with a 10mm of fibrous self-levelling compound.
Please ensure when installing that the carpet and underlay’s combined tog value does not exceed 2.0, please note in most cases when carpet is laid underfloor heating cannot be used as a primary heat source.

Please choose an electric underfloor heating mat that will cover 90% of your floor area. It is best to order slightly less than you need than have too much as the cables CAN NOT be cut or shortened.
Please ensure all Safety Guidelines are adhered to during and after installation of this product.
